About JR

Thirty years caring for homes and people

Sober portrait of Jaume Roca, founder of JR Hospitality, in a warmly lit interior

Founder's letter

A private office, a single point of contact

I have spent my whole working life looking after houses that are not mine, and after people who trust that everything will be in its place.

I created JR to offer in Andorra what I always missed: a discreet office that answers, anticipates and never needs reminding.

I do not work with catalogues or anonymous processes: I know every house, every key and every preference.

My commitment is simple: that you arrive and relax, and that nothing is left unattended while you are away.

Thirty years

A path in three milestones

  1. 01

    The early years

    High-end hospitality

Trained in demanding houses, where detail is learned by serving.

  2. 02

    The management years

    Operations and customer experience

Years coordinating teams, suppliers and standards for international clients.

  3. 03

    Today

    A private office in Andorra

An owner-led service, in direct contact, for second-home owners and premium clients.

Four ways of working

  • Trust

The keys to a house are handed over once; they are looked after always.

  • Discretion

What happens in your home is discussed nowhere.

  • Excellence

A constant standard, not an occasional effort.

  • Personal attention

One point of contact who knows your house and your preferences.

Andorra

Why here and why now

Andorra brings together the mountains, quiet and an international community that spends ever longer seasons here. Houses are used by the week, not by the month, and need someone to keep them alive between stays. We live and work here: we know the valleys, the trades and the trusted people it takes to keep everything running.
